The Life of a Systems Paving Franchisee
Systems Paving® franchisees will be very involved in sales and marketing programs targeted at homeowners.
The franchisee or members of the franchisee’s sales team will meet with homeowners to discuss their needs. They will measure and provide design input for the homeowners’ outdoor living areas. With this information in hand, the sales representative will calculate pricing and perform a detailed presentation, with the objective being to close the sale.
The franchisee or the franchisee’s construction manager will schedule jobs with in-house crews or subcontractors, purchase materials, and oversee the installation of the job. Ongoing interaction with the homeowner is required to achieve total customer satisfaction.
The average job may take between 3 – 5 days to complete. The franchisee will usually collect an initial deposit, and full payment on completion. Larger jobs should also have interim payments. This all contributes towards positive cash flow.
